Systems Built Homes Procedure
Speed and unswerving excellence are two major advantages of modular housing. On average, a home will be completed in two sectors in the manufacturing facility within four weeks, complete with interior finish right down to tile floors and wall finish. Final completion, including linking together of utilities to the home and a little list of finish work, is usually done by a local builder familiar with the manufacturer. Ordinarily a modular house can be over and done with in three to four weeks. They can also be loaded to make two-and three-story buildings.
